WEDDING
Several things set us apart from other services. First, you have the opportunity to meet your DJ before your event. With most other entertainment services, your initial consultation is with a sales rep, or someone other than the actual DJ who will entertain at your reception. We feel it is very important for you to be comfortable with your entertainer.
Every performance is important to us! Your DJ will be experienced, and courteous. We use only professional, commercial quality equipment. Standard dress for a wedding is a tuxedo. We take care of the little details that make the difference between an OK wedding reception and a MEMORABLE reception.

SUGGESTIONS FOR WEDDING
The key to a successful event is flexibility! Be as specific and keep your guests in mind! When conveying your musical tastes, try to avoid vague words such as "good" or "fun". What is "good" and "fun" to you maybe "tasteless or offensive" to others. Also, if the event planner is not filled out completely two weeks prior to your event, return it anyway and leave those areas blank!!
TOAST
The Best Man usually proposes a toast to the Bride and Groom, however, anyone can do it. Whoever may be giving the toast may use our microphone. Typically the toast is given after the meal or in conjunction with the cake cutting.
FIRST DANCE
Traditionally it is only for the Bride and Groom. If the song lasts more than three minutes, it is typical to ask the bridal party to join halfway through the song. Many choose to have their first dance after the meal so there is a smooth transition into the dance program.
CAKE CUTTING
Usually done one hour after the dinner or toward the end of the reception. Music is either in the background or not played at all. It is commonly grouped together with bouquet and garter toss, so the dancing does not get interrupted again.Guests tend to leave after the cake cutting ceremony, so you may not want to do this early.

BRIDAL PARTY ANNOUNEMENT
If you would like us to introduce the bridal party, be sure to write down exactly how you want the DJ to announce them. The DJ will line you up outside the main area, and then announce them. Immediately after, it is common for theDJ to announce one of two things: (1) Bride and Groom's first dance, or (2) meal plans including the blessing and/or toast.
BOUQET TOSS AND
GARTER REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
Usually done immediately after the cake cutting (as cake is served to guests). For a smooth transition, it is the best to get this done so that dancing is not interrupted again. The bride will throw the bouquet to all the single ladies, and then the groom removes the garter from the bride and throws it to all the single gentlemen. Then, the lady who caught the bouquet has the garter placed on her leg by the gentlemen who caught the garter.
